Can I upgrade from Standard to Plus later?
Yes — upgrade is possible at any time. Payments already made are credited.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Because each Playbook is created individually for your organisation, there is no right of withdrawal once work has begun (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).
